A private parking spot is located in the basement.

A large shopping centre (Skyline Plaza) is 5 min away, the city centre about 15 min by bus and subway.

The condo is in the heart of a newly developed posh area directly next to Gate West of the exhibition centre. In proximity are a large mall, restaurants, bars, the concert hall and the main train station.

For transportation the bus stop is right in front of the building, which takes you past the mall and ends at the main train station with a travel time of approx. 10min.

An underground parking space is available.

The bus stop located directly at the condo building can take you to the main train station within 10 mins, passing by the mall and subway station.

To get to the exhibition centre, walking is the easiest which only takes 3 mins to the gate West.

With public transport, the bus is the easiest way to get around, which stops right in front of the condo building. It ends at the main train station with connections to the centre and other city attractions.

By car or taxi, the centre can be reached within 10mins.

Walking to the centre and main shopping streets takes approx. 20-30mins.

There are a few constructions going on in the neighborhood but no noise is noticible.
